Terms of Service

These Terms govern Window Peeper AI at windowpeeperai.video, operated by Window Peeper AI Team in the United States (“we” or “us”). “You” means the person using the service or the organization they are authorized to represent. We are an independent project, not affiliated with TikTok, CapCut or the creators of the reference posts. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. Accepting these Terms

Read these Terms before creating an account, submitting a generation or purchasing credits. By proceeding after being presented with these Terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use those features. Accepting these Terms does not itself provide optional consent to public display, marketing or processing that separately requires consent.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 to create an account or use the generator. If you are 13–17, you need a parent or legal guardian's permission to use the service and upload your own photo; ask them to review these Terms with you. Anyone under 13 must not create an account or submit personal information. Meet any higher minimum age required where you live. A PayPal purchase must be made and authorized by an adult eligible to use PayPal; do not use another person's PayPal account or payment method without permission.

Generation and purchases require an account. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and do not share or resell account access. You are responsible for the use you authorize. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access so we can investigate. Do not use another person’s account or payment method without permission. If acting for an organization, you must be authorized to accept these Terms for it.

3. Generation and delivery

Window Peeper AI creates a 14-second vertical AI video from one person or animal photo. You choose Person or Animal, an optional written environment and 480p or 720p quality. The fixed sequence moves from a nighttime building to a stare-back reveal and curtain close. The finished MP4 uses the first 14 seconds of audio from the fixed reference clip. It is AI-generated, not a real recording, and no written prompt or environment upload is required.

Available quality, required credits and file requirements are shown before submission. Processing times are estimates, not delivery guarantees. Models, queues and provider moderation can affect availability and completion. We may change providers or supported features, subject to the protections for paid credits below.

AI may change likeness, clothing, hands, background details or mouth movement. Outputs may not be unique or match examples exactly. Review the complete video before sharing it. Minor visual differences and personal preference do not automatically make a completed task a failure. The limited quality-review credit policy below applies to specified serious result issues; this limitation does not remove statutory rights.

For a completed Window Peeper AI task, request a quality review within 48 hours if the required subject is missing or clearly replaced, the building-zoom, stare-back and curtain-close sequence is absent, the reference audio is missing, or the file is materially corrupted. If our review confirms the issue, we return the credits consumed by that task. Each task can receive one quality-review credit return. Returned credits are not a cash refund, and a new generation remains subject to AI variation. Minor differences in likeness, clothing, paws, hands, background details or style, and personal preference, do not qualify.

The cash-refund rules are set out below; a returned generation credit is not a cash refund.

A submitted generation cannot be cancelled or deleted while it is still running. Closing the browser does not cancel it or release its reserved credits. After the task completes or fails, you can delete it in My Creations to remove its first-party stored files. Download a copy of completed videos you want to keep.

4. Photo permissions

The generator accepts one photo of yourself if you are at least 13 and, if under 18, have parent or guardian permission; one photo of another consenting adult aged 18 or older; or one animal photo you are allowed to use. Obtain the required permission and right to use the photograph for AI generation. Do not upload photos of other minors, celebrities or public figures, even if the image is publicly available.

Permission to generate does not automatically include permission to publish or use someone’s likeness commercially. Keep any authorization records required by law. We or a provider may reject a request despite your claimed permission. Do not bypass a rejection by misrepresenting the subject or submitting altered identifiers.

5. Credits and payment

• One-time purchases: credit packs are priced in USD and paid through PayPal. They do not start a subscription or automatically renew.
• Costs: a Window Peeper AI generation uses 12 credits at Standard 480p or 22 credits at HD 720p. Person or Animal and the written environment choice do not change the selected quality’s cost. Review the displayed cost before each submission.
• Reservation and settlement: we reserve the required credits on submission. Successful generation consumes them; failed or blocked renders release them to your balance. A credit return is not a refund to your payment method. Contact support if a failed task has not been credited back.
• Expiry: purchased PayPal pack credits have no scheduled expiry. Promotional or gift credits can have separate expiry rules shown when granted and cannot be refunded for cash.
• Account use: credits are for this service, are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash except for refunds expressly provided here or required by law.
• Payment adjustments: refunded or reversed payments revoke the corresponding unused credits. We may investigate payment disputes and restrict affected access while preserving applicable consumer rights.

Review the total and any disclosed taxes or payment-provider conversion charges before approving payment. We do not add undisclosed charges. Changes to pack prices apply to future purchases. Changes to generation costs will be disclosed before new submissions and do not retroactively change settled tasks. No-expiry credits do not guarantee that generation costs or every feature will remain unchanged.

6. Cash refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains eligibility, requests, payment processing and shutdown refunds. The main rules are set out below.

You may request a full refund of a purchased pack within seven days (168 hours) after its payment completed, provided none of that pack’s credits have been consumed. The request must reach us within that period; our later review does not make a timely request ineligible. Eligibility is based on consumption from the specific purchased pack, not simply the overall account balance. Failed-task reservations that were fully released do not count as consumed credits.

To request a refund:

1. Email support@windowpeeperai.video. Preferably send the email from your account address. Include your order identifier if available and state your request.
2. If you cannot access your account or find an identifier, contact us within the seven-day period with the purchase details you have. We may ask for more information to verify the purchase and your authority. Do not include passwords or full payment credentials.

Refunds are reviewed manually; there is no self-service refund button.

If credits are reserved by a pending task, we must establish its outcome before confirming eligibility. A request does not freeze credits; a later successful generation using that pack can affect eligibility. Avoid new submissions while your request is under review.

Approved refunds go through PayPal to the original payment method, and the corresponding credits are removed. We will notify you of the outcome; payment-provider and bank processing times vary. Ordinary change-of-mind requests after seven days, or after credits from that pack were consumed, are not eligible under this voluntary policy. Duplicate charges, unauthorized-payment claims, service defects and refunds required by applicable law are assessed separately.

Nothing here limits mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal or service-quality rights. We do not treat accepting these Terms or submitting a generation as a blanket waiver of such rights. Where an express request to begin performance and a separate acknowledgment are legally required, those requirements must be met before relying on any exception to withdrawal rights.

7. Content rights and limited processing permission

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in uploaded content. We do not claim ownership of your lawful inputs or generated contributions. You may share or use a generated video commercially if you have the rights and permissions needed for its photos, recognizable people and intended use, and comply with applicable law and the destination platform’s rules. Outputs may not qualify for copyright protection or be exclusive. These Terms do not grant third-party permissions or guarantee clearance for a particular use.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, copy, process, adapt, transmit and deliver your inputs and outputs only as needed to generate and deliver your video, maintain your library, provide support, secure the service and meet legal obligations. This includes processing by the service providers described in the Privacy Policy, and lasts only as needed for those purposes and the applicable retention period. It is not an unrestricted right to reuse your content.

Window Peeper AI Team will never use your photos, character references or videos to train or fine-tune AI models. This commitment covers our own use of your media. The model requests go through Kie API to services running Nano Banana 2 and Wan 3.0; we have not verified an equivalent no-training commitment from those providers. Our Privacy Policy explains the limits of assurances about them. Public use of a final video in our examples, social posts or marketing requires separate optional authorization for that video and use. Refusal does not affect generation. You may withdraw permission by contacting us. We do not publicly display input photos, character references or content depicting minors.

Our software, interface, branding and documentation remain ours or their respective owners’. These Terms give you permission to use the service, not to copy or resell its software or account access. When publishing outputs, follow the destination platform’s rules and any applicable AI disclosure requirements. Do not present an AI-generated performance as an authentic recording or endorsement.

8. Prohibited use

• Unauthorized use of a person’s image, privacy or other rights; deceptive impersonation, false endorsements, fraud or targeted harassment.
• Nudity, sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, pornography, hate, threats or content promoting violence or illegal activity.
• Uploading anyone under 13, another minor, a celebrity or a public figure. The only permitted minor photo is an eligible user aged 13–17 uploading their own photo with parent or guardian permission.
• Payment fraud, unauthorized payment methods, duplicate-account abuse of promotional credits or manipulation of credit and refund records.
• Bypassing moderation, access controls or service limits; accessing another user’s content; distributing malware; or disrupting the service.
• Reselling account access or using unauthorized automation to extract private data, abuse generation capacity or evade security restrictions.

You remain responsible for your authorized submissions and use of outputs. Provider moderation is an additional control, not proof that an accepted request is lawful or authorized.

9. Reports and appeals

Anyone, including a person depicted in an uploaded photo or generated video, can report unauthorized likeness use, infringement or other abuse to support@windowpeeperai.video. Include a link to the video or its task identifier if known, a description of the issue, your contact information and supporting context. You can still report without a link or identifier. Do not attach or redistribute illegal material; provide its location or identifying information instead. We may ask for more information to verify a claim or your authority to act.

We review reports and may restrict relevant access while investigating, coordinate with providers, remove content or suspend an account where justified. Urgent safety, fraud and legal concerns may require immediate action. Where practical and permitted, we explain the decision to the affected user and offer a chance to correct a remediable problem. You may request reconsideration by replying to the notice or emailing support with the decision identifier and your explanation. Review times depend on urgency and available information; we do not promise a fixed response time for every report.

10. Account closure and service changes

You can stop using the service at any time and contact support to request account closure. A task that is still being generated cannot be deleted. Deleting a completed or failed Window Peeper AI video from My Creations removes its associated files from our storage, with cleanup retried after storage errors. It does not close your account or remove third-party copies or browser drafts. Deletion and retention limits are described in the Privacy Policy. A voluntary closure does not automatically refund consumed credits or unused packs outside the refund rules above. Promotional credits have no cash refund value.

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. When feasible, we provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue; urgent cases may require immediate restriction. A restriction does not automatically forfeit all unused paid credits. We assess their treatment under these Terms and applicable law, taking account of payment reversals and established misuse. You may appeal through the support channel above.

Permanent shutdown refunds

If we permanently discontinue the service, or permanently remove the paid generation service without a reasonably equivalent way to use existing credits, we will notify affected users, provide a reasonable download window where technically and legally possible, and refund the unused paid-credit portion.

This shutdown refund is separate from the seven-day policy and is not limited to unused packs.

For each purchase, the refund is calculated as follows: the amount paid multiplied by that pack’s remaining unused, unrevoked credits, divided by its original paid credits. The result is rounded to the nearest cent, with half cents rounded up.

• Credits already refunded or reversed are excluded, and the refund cannot exceed the purchase amount still unrefunded.
• Gift credits are excluded.
• Pending tasks must be settled or released before the final calculation.

Refunds use the original payment method where available, or another lawful arrangement if it is unavailable.

11. Warranties and liability

Except for our express commitments and rights that applicable law requires, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular likeness, unique output or a specific processing time. Third-party providers may change availability or reject requests.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer remedies, or overrides our express refund obligations. These limitations do not excuse fraud or willful misconduct. You do not waive non-waivable rights by using the service.

12. Updates and general terms

We will update the date when these Terms change. Material changes affecting paid services or your rights will receive advance website or email notice where required, with their effective date. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued refund rights or grant new optional content permissions. If you do not accept an update, stop using the affected features and contact us about outstanding purchases. We will obtain renewed acceptance where required by law.

These Terms govern service use; the Privacy Policy governs personal information handling, and specific checkout disclosures describe the purchase offered. None overrides mandatory legal rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it. Payment, content rights, applicable refunds and legal obligations survive closure to the extent needed to give them effect. For a dispute, contact support first to seek a resolution; this does not prevent seeking remedies available under applicable law.
